Npower Inter-State Redeployment Update

Following the recent posting of 2021 Batch C stream I Npower beneficiaries where many were posted to states different from their state of origin while some beneficiaries were posted to PPAs (Place of Primary Assignments) far from their residence, there were concerns and the need for redeployment of affected beneficiaries to PPAs closer to their residence to lessen the burden of excessive spending of their stipend on transportation. These plea for redeployment has been considered by Npower and have recently highlighted the following steps and contacts for seamless redeployment processes. If you were affected by erroneous posting, the wait is over, quicky follow the steps listed below to apply for redeployment to available PPA of your choice.

Redeployment to change PPA within state of residence should follow the instruction below;

  1. Login to your self-service portal and click the "deployment" tab
  2. Click the “redeployment” button.
  3. Click on “see the available PPAs”.
  4. Click on “apply for redeployment”
  5. Provide redeployment information required.
  6. Select a preferred Place of Primary Assignment from the list provided
  7. Click "Submit Request"
  8. The following channels may be utilized for complaints or enquires

However, beneficiaries posted outside their state of origin and wish to be redeployed back to their state of origin are requested to follow the instructions contained in the image below:


Npower has stated that after successfully completing the steps listed above, you will be contacted within 48 hours of status of request. Where you are not contacted within 48 hours, such beneficiaries are requested to kindly call the customer care number on 092203102, 018888148  for assistance.
